Kin ball Sports for School The Pedagogy of fun Movement Fast Cardio Game…great way to enhance PE classes
The Kin-Ball Activity in brief
Three (3) teams of different colors, four (4) players on each team
Each player is responsible for a specific area (the four player’s form a square around the ball and each player has a corner to defend. All players should be situated about 5 feet from the ball).
The server has to say OMNIKIN and the color of another team BEFORE serving. When you hear your color called out, your team has to catch the ball before it touches the floor.
If you succeed, it is your team’s turn to serve
If you do not succeed, the two other teams get one (1) point each and your team puts the ball back into play.
This is a timed game: three (3) periods of 15 minutes. If there is a tie at the end, continue until there is a winner.
